Rules Were Broken

A long time ago I built up a huge collection of unfinished projects. Starting a new stitch was so much fun but it was starting to get out of hand. I made myself finish every single project and swore I would only ever do one project at a time from that day forward.

But. It was a week before Christmas when I realised I was running out of just one colour of the nearly finished Cat Crazy. I ordered it online immediately but the holiday post was slow and I’d stitched all I could possibly stitch by the 23rd. I broke my rule. I started stitching my next Tick Or Treat clock. (You know how much I love stitching those!) I regret nothing (but feel oh so rebellious).

A Finish By Christmas

Pretty sure I’ll be finished stitching the model for Cat Crazy by Christmas.

Wishing you all a joyful (and stitchy) festive season.

Let It Snow Released

I’ve enjoyed designing and stitching my third Pyramajig – Let It Snow . Like my other Pyramajigs it opens out from a pyramid to a box shape and is great for carrying bits and pieces or maybe a special Christmassy surprise. This took just under three weeks to stitch and assemble. (My sewing machine and I are currently not on speaking terms so I sewed it together by hand too.)

Let It Snow Week Two

Two weeks in and already three quarters stitched on the model for my third Pyramajig – Let It Snow. This, like my other Pyramajigs, has been such a quick, easy stitchy project.
