Bee-latedly, here I am, announcing the release of the Pyramajig #1 — Bee Happy. Hooray! (A pyramajig – my invention – is a nifty little container for holding all sorts of gifts or goodies. It’s shaped like a pyramid but opens up to a neat little box.)
But wait, there’s more! I’m also releasing Newton Abbot, my new miniature carpet.
I’m now working on the next instalment in the BrightSea Village collection. It’s about time the village got a needlecraft shop.
I know, I know, I know! I still haven’t produced the much wondered about “Bee Happy” Pyramajig, so here’s proof that I am working on it. The next stage involves getting out my sewing machine, which I may not have used in the last decade. Elli plus machinery often equals catastrophe so getting the darned thing out is a major drama. I’ll have to fortify myself with some serious chocolate first.
Meanwhile I’ve still been stitching away at Newton Abbott.
I should be constructing my Bee Happy Pyramajig and writing up the instructions but I’m having a little FOF – fear of failure. I’ll get over it soon enough and just jump in there and sew it together. Also I’m loving working on the next mini carpet and don’t want to spend my stitching time on anything else.
This is the beginning of Newton Abbott.
Can’t believe it’s just over a month since I released my last pattern. My needle is running hot!
Here’s the newest design in my mini carpet collection, Yeung Shing.
Nothing makes me stitch faster than the promise of a new project to start. Yeung Shing is almost finished and I can’t wait to start stitching with these lovely golden shades.
